Mr. Rohan D'sa, instructed by Ms. Purnima G. Bhatia, states that petitioner had taken away the papers along with an NOC to engage another advocate way back in the year 2019 and, therefore, they have no instructions to appear in the matter and that he is appearing only because name of Ms. Purnima G. Bhatia appears in the cause list. 2.

We do not find any other Advocate having entered appearance. 3.

In view of what is stated by Mr. Rohan D'sa, petition dismissed for want of prosecution.
