Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. As per order dated 17.07.2023, the petitioner has caused publication of proclamation in two newspapers. An affidavit of service alongwith proof of publication, is said to have been e-filed. But, the same is not shared with this Court. In this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered the original affidavit of service alongwith the proof of publication. The same is taken on record.
