Shri Aithe, company prosecutor states that prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d) is granted by an order dated 24th August 2017. So far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, since the counsel had appeared for ex-directors on 24th August 2017, 14th September 2017 and 28th September 2017, prayer clause (a) was kept open. Shri Aithe states that though on these three dates, time was granted, no statement of affairs has been filed by any of the Ex-directors. In the circumstances, OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and accordingly disposed.
