After this application was heard for sometime in the morning session, on the suggestion of the Court, the parties jointly approached the learned arbitrator requesting him to resume the proceedings. It is informed by learned Counsel for the parties that the learned Sole Arbitrator has agreed to resume the arbitral proceedings. Whatever issues arose in the past leading to the learned Sole Arbitrator terminating the arbitral proceedings, not only stand resolved, but stand deeply buried and would not form part of the arbitral proceedings. 2.

Accordingly, the termination of the proceedings has come to an end. The arbitral proceedings now be continued before the learned sole arbitrator from the stage they stood.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court would appreciate the good gesture of the learned Sole Arbitrator. 4.
