Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants. The Chamber Summons only seeks deletion of the name of Plaintiff No.1 who has passed away, from the above Suit and Notice of Motion No.3211 of 2007. There is no opposition to the Chamber Summons. Accordingly, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The deletion of the name of Plaintiff No.1 in the above Suit and Notice of Motion be carried out forthwith.
