Perused the Report of the Official Liquidator. Since no offers are received for the incomplete barge, despite the same being advertised twice in "Free Press Journal" (English), "Trade Winds" (English) and "Janmabhoomi (Gujarati), the reserve price of the said incomplete barge which was earlier fixed at Rs.3 Crores is now reduced and fixed at Rs.2.70

Nitin 2 / 2 CA-366-2014 crores. The official liquidator shall therefore once again advertise the sale of the incomplete barge in "Free Press Journal" (in English), Raigad Times (in Marathi) and Navshakti (in Marathi).

The Official Liquidator is also directed to invite claims under Rule 148 of the Companies Court Rules,1959 by publishing an advertisement in Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) from the creditors of the company (in liqn).

Prayer Clause (b) of the Official Liquidator's Report is also allowed. 4.

The Applicant to lodge his claims before the official Liquidator. The said claim to be adjudicated by the Official liquidator within a period of 8 weeks from the date of this order.

Accordingly, the Company Application and the Official Liquidator's Report stands disposed of.
