This petition is filed for seeking directions that the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 i.e. the State of Maharashtra, the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Mumbai Repairs and Reconstruction Board should not take any steps toward de-acquiring the subject property, which was acquired by order dated 5th August, 1994.

Mr. Mihir Desai, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that on 8th March, 2016, the respondents have issued Notification dated 8th March, 2016 de-acquiring the subject property. Uday S. Jagtap

In the above view, Mr. Mihir Desai seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Liberty as prayed for is granted.
