None for the parties. On the last occasion, i.e. on 4 February 2019, none had appeared for the Petitioner. This court had noted that on the last date, i.e. on 8 January 2019, the Petitioner's advocate had sought a discharge. The advocates were asked to give a personal notice of the next date to the Petitioner. Office was also asked to issue a notice to the Petitioner. The office record shows that the notice could not be served as the Petitioner had left the premises. On the last date, one final opportunity was given to the Petitioner to remain present on the next date and the matter was stood over to the next date. The advocates of the Petitioner were required to disclose to the court, if there was any notice issued to the Petitioner in pursuance of the direction passed on 8 January 2019. None appears for the Petitioner to inform the court about such notice. In the premises, the arbitration petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
