The Defendants have no objection. In addition, prayer clause (a) seeks a substitution of a name. It reads thus: "(a) that the name of "Siddhant Vishal Malani" or minor son Siddhant Vishal Malani appearing in Clauses No. 15(b) and 15(e) and minor son, 'Siddhant' appearing in Clause No. 15(f) in the Consent Terms dated 2nd July 2021 being Exhibit- 'A' hereto be deleted and in place thereof, the name 20th September 2021

30-IA-1749-2021 IN S-62-2021.DOC of "Mrs. Purvi Vishal Malani(wife of the Plaintiff) be substituted.
