Heard. Perused the prayers in the Writ Petition and also perused letter dated 25th May 2018 issued to Vice Chancellor, Mumbai University. In the said letter which annexed to the Petition, it is stated that petitioner has seen three different versions of her handwriting in the answer-paper in question and one of them was worst than the copy provided to her. 2.
Dr. Warunjikar, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute that after this alleged incident, the petitioner has already reappeared for the said examination and also in the subsequent examination and has been declared Pass.

This Court is thus not required to go into the issues raised in the petition on the ground that the petitioner has subsequently appeared for examination and has been declared Pass. 4.
The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
No order as to costs.
