The applicants seek to be joined as party defendants in the suit. Plaintiffs have no objection as per their Advocate's letter dated 26th May, 2015. The notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer (a).

The applicants shall be made defendant Nos. 6 & 7 in the suit.

The plaintiffs shall carry out necessary amendments within 2 weeks. The plaintiffs shall also carry out necessary amendments in the copy of the plaint served upon the other defendants.

The plaintiffs shall be exempted from reverifying the plaint.

5.

Ad-interim relief has been granted in terms of prayers (b)(i), (b)(ii) and (b)(iii). That relief shall continue pending the suit against the plaintiffs and defendant Nos. 1, 2(b), 2(c ) and 3.

6.

The notice of motion is disposed off accordingly. (ROSHAN DALVI, J.)
