At the request of the counsel appearing for both

sides and in order to enable the applicants/petitioners to carry out amendment to the writ petition, we list the writ petition on 1-8-2016. To be placed in the urgent admission list. 2.

Leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out on or before 26-7-2016 with advance copies to the respondents. 3.

The respondents have appeared on notice. They have accepted service. We enquired from Mr. Godbole, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as to the whereabouts of all the petitioners and whether they are residing at the stated address or carrying on business therefrom, Mr. Godbole, on instructions, stated that the petitioner Nos.8 and 9 are Private Limited Companies and the address mentioned is their registered office. The petitioner Nos.1 to 7 are all individuals and residing in one house property, namely, House No.4, Gitanjali Nagar, Sector-3, Raipur-492007. On further instructions, Mr. Godbole states that none of the petitioners will leave India without the prior leave of this Court. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Godbole, on instructions, and since we are placing the writ petition on 1-8-2016 for admission, the Additional Director (Investigation) shall exempt the petitioners from personal appearance on the date mentioned in the summons, namely, 25-7-2016. 5.
