By the impugned orders dated 20 March 2013 and 10 June 2014 passed by the Appellate Authority, the Petitioner's Application for Premises Licence under the Bombay Police Act to run a Video Game Parlour has been rejected.
Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the Application of the Petitioner for the said licence shall be considered afresh. In the circumstances, the Petition is disposed of by passing the following order:
(i) The impugned orders dated 20 March 2013 and 10 June 2014 are set aside.

2/2 wp-2913-14.doc (ii) The Application of the Petitioner for Premises Licence to run a Video Game Parlour shall be considered afresh by the Respondent No.2.
(iii) Respondent No.2 shall decide the Application of the Petitioner afresh within a period of six weeks from today. While deciding the Application, the Respondent No.2 shall take into consideration the judgments cited by the Petitioner. (A.A. SAYED, J.) kambli 2/2
