This Motion has been taken out for condonation of 38 days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order dated 25th September 2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. Sandip Puri, Commissioner CGST dated 21st June 2018 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order. Delay in filing the Appeal is condoned.
