"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to pursue other pending legal proceedings against the Petitioner Company.

(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to sale immovable assets of the Petitioner as the Applicant has charge over the said secured assets". 2.
