2024.03.18 18:20:16 +0530 fresh Suit or appropriate proceedings in the light of the English High Court Judgment dated 11th January 2022 between the Plaintiffs and Defendant No. 2.

Accordingly, leave is granted. The Commercial Admiralty Suit is accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.

Interim Applications filed in the above Commercial Admiralty Suit do not survive and are disposed of. 4.

Both parties rights and contentions in this proceedings are expressly kept open.

Court fees are to be refunded in accordance with the Rules. For the purposes of Section 43 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act and the proviso to that Section, today's date is the date of making a claim for repayment. The Prothonotary & Senior Master will issue a certificate for a refund of Court Fees computed according to the Rules. He will act on production of an authenticated copy of this order without requiring a separate application. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
