COMMERCIAL CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.139 OF 2017 The counsel for applicant states that the chamber summons should be allowed because applicant has no claim or interest regarding the suit property.
In view of this statement made, the counsel for plaintiff agrees for grant of relief in the chamber summons.
Therefore, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a).
Defendant no.5 to be deleted from the cause title. Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within three weeks from today.
