Learned Counsel for Respondent-Corporation states, on instructions of Shri Mahesh Patil, Sub Engineer, G South Ward, that during pendency of the Petition, the subject structures have been demolished. She has shown us photographs taken on 24th February 2022 showing the demolished structures.

In the circumstances, the Petition is rendered infructuous. The Petition to stand disposed of. Interim Application also does not survive and to stand disposed of.
