The Judge's Order is completely misconceived. It seeks dispensation of a notice under Section 527 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act 1888. There is no provision of a waiver. Whether MCGM has sufficient notice is for the Plaintiffs to establish before the Court to which an application is made for relief. 2.

The Judge's Order is dismissed.
