The petition is filed for issuance of succession certificate to the petitioner in respect of the securities and debts set forth in the schedule thereto. It is also stated in paragraph-4 that the petitioner and his 2 sons are the only legal heirs of the deceased who was a wife of the petitioner and mother of the 2 sons viz. Aniket J.Salvi and Aniruddha J.Salvi. Both the sons have filed their consent affidavits dated 9.6.2008 which are annexed to the petition. In view thereof, the petition is restored. Notice of Motion accordingly stands disposed.
