Learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent in this matter agree that by judgment and order in Writ Petition No.562 of 2013, we have upheld the order of Medical Council of India based on the report of Board of Governors.

For identical breach and violation of the Regulations prescribing the code of ethics, the Maharashtra Medical Council has proceeded against the Petitioner. The Maharashtra Medical Council has taken a stand that it will abide by the Medical Council of India's order and not pursue its independent action. Once this is the position, then, no orders are necessary in this petition.
