When the defects in the chamber summons were pointed out to the applicant, the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the chamber summons with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. 2.
Leave granted. The chamber summons is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Once the chamber summons is withdrawn, then, it is conceded that the writ petition cannot continue in the form in which it is filed in this court. Even that is, therefore, allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as prayed.
