Learned Counsel for the Applicant in Chamber Summons has pointed out that some of the members of my family were/are trustees of a Trust in which the Applicant was/is also a trustee. Learned Counsel for the parties state that they have no objection for me to hear the present Chamber Summons and the Writ Petition, after I informed them that I do not know the Applicant Mr. Ashok G. Talwatkar. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties that the Applicant Mr. Ashok G. Talwatkar is not the Deputy Chairman of 1/2
