The learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff has sought an amendment in the Plaint at paragraph 30 to add after the words "and has accordingly paid a Court Fee of INR 99,630/-", the words "which is in excess of Court Fees payable i.e. INR 50,430/-". 2.

The Plaintiff is permitted to carry out the aforementioned amendment forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

The department shall accordingly refund Court Fees of Rs.99,630/- to the Plaintiff.
