At the same time, we also find there is a Chamber Summons being Chamber Summons No.216 of 2017 taken out by petitioner, which is pending. The Chamber Summons is for amending the petition to reflect the change in the name of petitioner and also bring on record developments subsequent to the filing of the petition culminating with the change of name.

Mr.Suresh Kumar has no objection if the amendment is allowed. 5.

In the circumstances, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Item 3 in the Schedule to the Chamber Summons, viz. "Consequential amendments in the Petition and other pleadings/proceedings, as required" is not granted. 6.

Amendment to be carried out and amended petition to be served on or before 17th January 2022.
