The advocate for the second respondent had, on oral instructions, on that day, stated that the petitioner has suppressed relevant and material facts.

They were aware that the writ petition is placed on today's board for admission. Their names are also appearing on the board together with that of the petitioner. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
