This Notice of Motion by the Revenue seeks condonation of delay of 26 days in filing the accompanying Appeal from the Order dated 18th July 2016 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. We have perused the Affidavit in Support dated 24th July 2017 of Mr. Kamble, the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax and are satisfied with the reasons stated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal.
