The parties to this petition jointly state that the judgment delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No.537 of 2014 would apply to the facts of this case. Statement is accepted. For the reasons recorded by this Court in the judgment delivered in Writ Petition No.537 of 2014, we pass the following order :- a).

The writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Respondent University is directed to issue degree certificates in 1/2

11-wp2842-14.doc favour of the students, who have declared passed in the CET examination conducted by the petitioner no.1 University pursuant to the ad-interim order passed by this Court on 12th December, 2013 within three weeks from the date of communication of this order to the petitioner.

b).

Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

c).

In view of disposal of the writ petition interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

d).

There shall be no order as to costs.
