The chamber summons is for appointment of the Official Liquidator, acting as a liquidator of the first Defendant Company, as a defendant in its place and stead. The chamber summons is allowed and the Official Liquidator is appointed as Defendant No.1 in the suit in place and stead of Kingfisher Airlines Ltd. (in Liquidation). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Amended copy of the plaint to be served on the Official Liquidator.
