Heard Mr. Velar, learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

By this Motion, applicant has prayed for recalling the order dated 27.02.2017 passed by this Court in Testamentary Petition No.2045 of 2015. By order dated 27.02.2017, the time stipulated in the conditional order dated 09.01.2017 for removing office objections was further extended upto and including 15.04.2017. It was further clarified that no further time will be granted on any ground whatsoever. As the applicant did not remove office objections, the Petition stood dismissed. 3.

Mr. Velar states that applicant has removed all the office objections.

In view of this statement, Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Testamentary Petition No.2045 of 2015 is restored to its original position. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) 1/1 Minal Parab
