The Learned Counsel for the parties tender consent terms bearing today's date evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The consent terms have been signed on behalf of the Petitioner by the Chairman Mr. Jagdish Manek and by the Hon' Secretary Mr. Prakash Patil. The consent terms have been signed on behalf of the Respondent No.1 by its partner Mr. Kanti Patel. The Learned Counsel pray that the above Petition be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

The aforesaid parties are personally present in Court. The Chairman Mr. Jagdish Manek when put in the box and queried states that the consent terms are acceptable to the society and that the managing committee has passed a resolution the text of which is annexed to the consent terms. The Hon' Secretary Mr. Prakash Patil also states likewise. The partner of the mmj

wp-1805-16-(1) Respondent No.1 Mr. Kanti Patel is also personally present in court and when queried states that he has read and understood the consent terms and that they are acceptable to him and that he has signed them of his own free will and volition. The undertaking in paragraph 3 and 7 are accepted. To the consent terms are annexed the text of the resolution passed in the managing committee dated 23-9-2016 the text of the resolution is on the letter head of the Petitioner society and is signed by the Chairman Mr. Jagdish Manek and the Hon' Secretary Mr. Prakash Patil. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The above Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
