The petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for directions to consider the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner nos.3 and 4 who were employed with the petitioner no.2 under the management of the petitioner no.1. 2.

Learned AGP on instructions from Mr.D.M. Pokharankar, Assistant Deputy Education, who is present in Court, states that if a fresh proposal in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 24th August, 2018 is submitted by the petitioner nos.1 and 2 with the respondent - State Government, the respondent will consider the same in accordance with law.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with the following directions :- a).

The petitioners to submit a fresh proposal within four weeks from today. On receipt of the said proposal, the respondents authority to consider and decide the same in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said proposal. (DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU,J.) (B.R. GAVAI, J.) 2/2
