Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant (Mother Teresa School). We have heard the learned A.G.P for the State Government. On 22nd June, 2015, the Tahsildar (Encroachment) passed an order directing the applicant to remove encroachment on area of 203.84 SQ Pathan 1/2

nml.397.15.doc sq.mtrs. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant has surrendered the said area of 203.84 sq. mtrs. to the State Government. The learned A.G.P on instructions confirms the correctness of the said statement. Hence, nothing survives in this Notice of Motion and the same is disposed of.
