By an order dated 21st June 2022, the Applicant/Petitioner was permitted to amend the Testamentary SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Petition No. 2283 of 2019 in terms of schedule annexed to the Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2022.08.03 18:24:53 +0530 Interim Application and the amendment was to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of the said order i.e. 5th July 2022.

Further, period for complying with office objections/acquisitions of the testamentary department was extended by a period of six weeks from 21st June 2022. 4.

Delay in taking out the Interim Application was condoned.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner has stated that the order has been complied with insofar as the amendment has been carried out within the time prescribed by this Court. Only a few office objections/requisitions of testamentary department were to be complied with and will be complied within the period of two weeks from the date of this order. 6.

In that view of the matter, time is extended for compliance of office objections by a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
