This is an IA by the Defendant for leave to amend the Written Statement in terms of the schedule, Exhibit "B" to the IA. The amendment is permissible. It is allowed without need of reverification and is to be carried out on or before 16th November 2021.

In modification of the order of the Hon'ble Mr Justice AK Menon of 1st April 2021, both sides will now prepare and file their Affidavits of Document by 3rd December 2021. Discovery and

inspection is to be completed on or before 20th December 2021. Statement of admission and denials are to be exchanged on or before 10th January 2022.

The Suit will be listed for framing issues on 17th January 2022.
