Mr. Kadu for petitioner states that petitioner has paid an amount of Rs.60,000/- in full and final settlement within one week as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the order dated 15th February 2021. Ms. Crasto confirms having received the amount of Rs.60,000/- in full and final settlement of all claims whatsoever that it has against petitioner under the Award dated 23rd April 2018.
Ms. Crasto states that respondent no.1 has not commenced execution proceedings to execute the Award dated 23rd April 2018. Statement accepted. Ms. Crasto states that if respondent no.1 has already commenced execution proceedings, respondent no.1 will withdraw the execution proceedings within two weeks from today. Gauri Gaekwad
