During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that the petition may be disposed of by directing respondent nos. 2, 3 & 4 to take appropriate steps in accordance with law in terms of the order dated 02/12/2016 Exhibit 'F' passed by the 2nd respondent.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of ISM 1/2
