This is the initial notice of motion for the appointment of Court Receiver and the grant of usual injunctions. The notice of motion is not being prosecuted for the last 7 years. Interim reliefs cannot be granted.

The defendants are however shown to be served and have filed affidavit-in-reply. The defendants shall file the written statements within 30 days.
