Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. Perused the impugned order and the record placed before us. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that amount of Rs.5 lakhs will be deposited by the appellant in a week's time from today as directed by the learned Single Judge.

It is clarified that the Official Liquidator, after calculating the expenditure for the purpose of valuation of the property, would refund the remaining amount to the appellant.
