Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.
The grievance raised in the petition is about unauthorized construction carried by the respondent No.4. The learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the earlier construction carried by the respondent No.4 was demolished on account of being unauthorized. However, at later point of time, the respondent No.4 again reconstructed and, thereafter, again a fresh notice under Section 314 of Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 was given to him. The learned counsel for the Corporation makes a statement that this notice would be taken to logical end within a period of two weeks from today. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
