The subject matter of the above Petition would be a "service matter" within the meaning of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. Since the Petitioners seek relief against the Central Railway, the Petitioners would have to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai by filing an Original Application. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of.

Needless to state that we have not gone into the merits of the challenge raised in the above Petition and it is before the Central Administrative Tribunal that the Petitioners would be entitled to urge their contentions. If the issue of limitation arises then the fact that the Petitioners were prosecuting the above Writ Petition in this Court from 10-7-2017 may be taken into consideration by the Tribunal.
