After some arguments, on taking instructions, Mr. Kirpekar seeks leave to withdraw the Notice of Motion. The Notice of Motion is dismissed as withdrawn. However, all contentions are expressly kept open on both sides to the final hearing of the Suit. 2.

It is also clarified that the Plaintiffs will be entitled to produce for being marked in evidence all documents in support of their case, including invoices and other material of a date earlier than those annexed to the Plaint. It will not be necessary for the Plaintiffs to 15th July 2016
