Ms. Kapil, counsel for respondent company tenders copy of an order delivered on 29th September 2017 by National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT). By this order, NCLT has considered an application filed under Section 30 (6) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) filed by the Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) for submission of the resolution plan approved by the Committee of Creditors of the corporate debtor company under Section 30 (4) of IBC for approval of the NCLT to the resolution plan approved by the Committee of Creditors. The NCLT has favourably considered the application and has approved the resolution plan filed by IRP which had the blessings of the Committee of Creditors.

Petition accordingly disposed with liberty to petitioner to take such steps to recover their dues as payable under the resolution plan approved by NCLT.
