By this chamber summons, the applicant/original plaintiffs seek to amend the plaint to enter the correct name of defendant no.4 by deleting the name now appearing and replacing the same in terms of the schedule annexed to the chamber summons.

The chamber summons is sought to be opposed on behalf of defendant nos.1 to 3 on the ground that Advocate Mr. Naved Chaudhary has just entered appearance.

Considering the nature of the amendment, the same cannot be opposed. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- 1/2 13-CHSCD-977-2019.doc Dixit

(i) Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses

(1) and (2).

(ii) Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

(iii) Re-verification is dispensed with.
