By this application, the applicant seeks an order or direction to Official Liquidator to take possession of the properties described in prayer clause (1) of the Company Application and also to sell and pay the sale proceeds to the applicant.

By order dated 15th May, 2015 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Official Liquidator was permitted to proceed with the liquidation proceedings of the company. I have perused the averments made in the company petition.

Insofar as the property described at Sr. No.2 of prayer clause (1) is concerned, the Official Liquidator has already taken possession thereof. The Official Liquidator, therefore, shall take possession in respect of the property described at item no.(a) of prayer clause (1) and would submit a report for seeking further directions after taking possession in terms of item (a) of prayer clause (1). 4.

The Official Liquidator's Report is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
