This Company Application seeks an extension of the period referred to in the scheme for seeking approval and compliance in terms of paragraph 20.1 of the Scheme of Arrangement from 30 June 2016 to 31 March 2017. The application is based on appropriate resolutions passed by the respective Boards of Directors of the transferor and transferee companies. The application is allowed and the Applicant-Company is permitted to carry out the amendment.
