1] The Official Liquidator seek permission to appoint panel valuer for valuation of Plot No.5, described in prayer clause (a) of the Official Liquidator's Report, of which the possession has been taken by the Official Liquidator on 30.05.2023.

The permission is, therefore, sought to have a Valuation Report in respect of the said property and to permit the charges of the valuation to be expended through the fund lying to the credit of the Company.

(6)OLR-84-2023.doc 2] Since the aforesaid exercise is necessary, the OLR stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) for the purpose of carrying out the valuation; and in case if the Official Liquidator decided to have police protection, he shall make a request to the Superintendent of Police Mehsanan District in Gujarat, to provide necessary protection while the valuation work is being carried out.

The Official Liquidator's Report is made absolute in the aforesaid terms.
