We have perused our order dated 01.09.2021.

In his usual fairness, Mr. Pandian, on instructions, has made a statement before the Court that respondents would withdraw the impugned letter dated 05.08.2021 whereafter fresh show cause notice and hearing would be given to the petitioner. 4.

We record the statement of Mr. Pandian.

Consequently we set aside the letter dated 05.08.2021 and grant liberty to the respondents to proceed afresh as indicated above. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of.
