After arguing for some, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before third Respondent- Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority in regard to the Petitioner's grievance.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a detailed representation as aforesaid before Respondent No. 3. 4.

In case the representation as aforesaid is submitted by Vishal Parekar 1/2
