When the application is called out for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has tendered an additional affidavit alongwith documents. The same is taken on record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that by an earlier order dated 29.09.2021, the original claimant/decree holder was substituted by CFM Asset Reconstruction Private Limited, in the light of an assignment deed executed in favour of the said party by the original claimant/decree holder. Amendment was carried out.

Subsequently, by an assignment deed dated 16.02.2022, the aforesaid CFM Asset Reconstruction Private Limited assigned the debt to the applicant Integro Finserv Private Limited. A copy of the aforesaid assignment deed is Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

8_IA_2660_22.doc aforementioned assignment deed dated 16.02.2022 executed in favour of the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant is seeking substitution of the applicant Integro Finserv Private Limited as the claimant/decree holder. 4.
Having perused the additional affidavit and the documents filed therewith, this Court is satisfied that the present application can be allowed. 5.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant Integro Finserv Private Limited is permitted to be substituted in place of CFM Asset Reconstruction Private Limited, as claimant/decree holder. 6.
